One of the most common questions the Air Quality Branch receives is, "What forms do I need to include in my permit application?"  In an effort to provide additional guidance and ease of use to our resident businesses, we have changed the way our application and compliance forms are organized.  

The master list of all forms has been replaced by two sub-lists:  Application Forms and Compliance Forms.  In addition, we have prepared some simple permit application packages for common businesses within the county.  Owners of paint booths, emergency generators greater than 400 horsepower, and grain storage businesses can find curated sets of forms tailored specifically to their equipment.  

As is always the case, please feel free to reach out to any of our permitting staff for specific questions about forms or more complicated application packages.
