File Library

On this page you can view, add new, edit and delete files and websites to be associated with your page.

• Upload a new file
  • Click on “Upload New File” to add a file.
  • File: Use the select button to browse for a file on your local computer.
  • Title: Type a title for the file.
  • Description: Type a description for the file.
• Add a new website/url
  • Click on “Add New URL” to add a website
  • URL: Type the website URL using the example.
  • Title: Type the name of the Website.
  • Description: Type a description for the website.
• Other Functions
  • Click the Edit button to edit the resource.
  • Click the Title, Description or File Name to view the file or website.
  • Re-order items by dragging-and-dropping.
  • Click the trashcan to delete the resource. An “Are you sure?” pop-up will appear. If you wish to delete click OK.
  • Click on any of the grid headers to sort the data by that column
